Shipping policy

All of our mugs are made to order and are processed and shipped within 2 business days, unless otherwise stated. Mug Maid LLC is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If your order is mailed back to us due to input of the wrong shipping address, we are not responsible for additional fees to re-ship. To avoid issues with deliveries, please ensure the correct shipping address is being inputted at checkout.
