Refund policy
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, cancellations, refunds or exchanges. As stated in our shipping policy, Mug Maid LLC is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
We will only replace an item if they are damaged, defective or you have received an incorrect item. Customers will have 7 days after their order has been delivered to inspect their package and contact us regarding issues with their order. If 7 days have gone by since receiving your order, unfortunately we won’t be able to resolve the issue.
Replacements will not be granted under the following situations:
-A picture of your item is not included in your email.
-Receipt or proof of purchase is not provided.
-Items are not in its original condition and packaging, have obvious signs of use and have damages or missing parts for reasons not due to our errors.
-We are contacted outside of the 7 days after delivery.
You will be responsible for covering your own shipping costs for returning your item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for us to receive your return, may vary. Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance if you are shipping an order over $50. We don’t guarantee we will receive your returned package.
